  • Fundamentals Workshop (Coaching Model, Character, Behavior, Results, DiSC profile)
  • Team meeting observations/ on site
  • 1:1 Coaching for leader and team begins (DiSC, 360 Tool, 4 Markers, Metrics)

Months 4-6 (quarterly site visit)

  • 1:1 Coaching for leader and team (Metrics, 4 markers, DiSC, 360 Feedback)
  • Team meeting observations/interviews on site
  • Team Coaching/Workshop (Character, Behavior, Results, DiSC)

Months 7-9 (quarterly site visit)

  • 1:1 Coaching for leader and team (Metrics, 4 markers, DiSC, 360 Feedback)
  • Workshop (Character, Behavior, Results, DiSC) on-site
  • Team meeting observations/interviews on site
  • Complete second 360 Feedback by team in month 9

Months 10-12 (quarterly site visit)

  • 1:1 Coaching for leader and team (Metrics, 4 markers, DiSC, 360 Feedback)
  • Team meeting observations/interviews on site
  • Review 360 Feedback by team
  • Review Progress/Evaluation/Next Steps
  • 4 Markers written/verbal by leader & team
  • Coaching Summary/Next Steps
