Accountable leader program

The “Accountable Leader Program” (ALP)

 

This proven and systematic delivery of leadership coaching and development tools provides a highly engaged and impactful learning experience to develop and advance leadership capabilities and skills to help align leadership core values, character, behaviors, and results throughout the organization.

 

The outcomes include:

  • Improved leadership skills like self-awareness, feedback, accountability, communication, delegation, and conflict resolution.

  • Increased accountability for self and others.

  • Enhanced team performance by fostering collaboration, trust, respect, and empowering others.

  • Personal and professional growth to help leaders be fully engaged in all dimensions of their life and leadership.

  • Develops mindsets for lifelong learning, continuous improvement, and development.

  • The culture becomes one where people feel free to thrive, have fun, and excel!

The “ALP” is implemented over the course of 12 - 18 months with a leader and their team.  All the tools listed above are integrated throughout the program. This program runs concurrent with 1:1 executive coaching for leaders at every level.

Sample 12 month Implementation Schedule for the “ALP”:

​

        Month 1-3 (On-site kick-off)

·       Leader & Team engagement begins!

·       Fundamentals Workshop (Coaching Model, Character, Behavior, Results, DiSC profile)

·       Team meeting observations/ on site

·       1:1 Coaching for leader and team begins (DiSC, 360 Tool, 4 Markers, Metrics)

        Months 4-6 (quarterly site visit)

·       1:1 Coaching for leader and team (Metrics, 4 markers, DiSC, 360 Feedback)

·       Team meeting observations/interviews on site

·       Team Coaching/Workshop (Character, Behavior, Results, DiSC)

        Months 7-9 (quarterly site visit)

·       1:1 Coaching for leader and team (Metrics, 4 markers, DiSC, 360 Feedback)

·       Workshop (Character, Behavior, Results, DiSC) on-site

·       Team meeting observations/interviews on site

·       Complete second 360 Feedback by team in month 9

        Months 10-12 (quarterly site visit)

·       1:1 Coaching for leader and team (Metrics, 4 markers, DiSC, 360 Feedback)

·       Team meeting observations/interviews on site

·       Review 360 Feedback by team

·       Review Progress/Evaluation/Next Steps

·       4 Markers written/verbal by leader & team

·       Coaching Summary/Next Steps
